Not seen it mentioned on here before, but they have a fair few bits and pieces (along with part numbers, which you don't always find with spare parts websites). They pass the 'dodgy looking and/or poor English' test for a foreign website. They also seem to have an inventory as opposed to the more common spare parts approach of "tell us what part you're looking for and we'll try and source it". Anyone used them? Do you think they look legit? Especially for foreign sites I worry about lack of recourse should things go wrong.

There's a name, address and tel number on the site which is always a good start.

They have some dodgy spellings, but im sure their English is better than my Czech. Also look them up on google maps, looks a housing estate and a Tesco (grrrr....) of all places. After searching on the domain name the site is registered to the name on the company website, so that tallies, is the price worth it? After all, if you sit under an elephant you will get sh&t on.....

Thanks for the looking at the domain names etc. Inclined to agree regarding the elephant proverb!

In the absence of a reputable shop, I normally use fleabay, it just requires a bit of patience for the right auction to come along. If i decide to be daring, it would be a small purchase at first to confirm they're not complete cowboys. I'll hang on just for now.

I have just used them to order a multi function steering wheel and to be honest I'm not at all impressed. The order arrived ok and well packed but on opening I found the right hand controls are the radio ones not the phone ones I ordered. The steering wheel part number sticker on it is the correct part number for the phone control type. Strangely the left hand controls had protective tape over them but the right ones didn't.

I have sent 2 emails with photos, which have both been read, but not had any reply whatsoever. I have now sent a message using their chat link on the website.

I wouldn't buy from them having read their terms and conditions, 30 day warranty just isn't good enough, nor is this:

We advise you check the parts you have ordered before fitting them, once they have been fitted you cannot return them for a refund. If the part is faulty then you will need to provide us with a mechanics report and send it back to us. We will then send it back to the supplier and have it tested for faults. If the fault lies in the part then you will be entitled to a refund, if it turns out it has been fitted incorrectly and the damage was caused through your car then you will not receive a refund.

Not good.  I think the steering wheels are identical apart from those buttons (i.e the left are always the same), so it is possible the protective tape is removed so they could put the correct buttons in (and they just screwed up) on ordering.  Also the buttons are available separately (3T0 959 538 E, or F if its tiptronic) so if you do get hold of them perhaps they could send you just those, and you send the others back on receipt (at their cost or not at all) to potentially save on postage?

Its strange that the actual manufactures label  on the wheel is correct, Perhaps they had taken it out to sell to someone and then put the wrong one back in. Thanks, I had spotted that. The switches are nearly the same price as a wheel though. Does anyone know if it's just the decal that's different, I suspect not.

Still not had a reply. I was going to order a Bluetooth kit from them for my Golf as I'm impressed with the one I've put in this car. I paid with a credit card so a chargeback is always a possibility.

Yeah the price of the switches are extraordinary.

Eddie NL once told me switches have their own logic so its not just the decals That differ.

I've mentioned / recommended them on here several times and have ordered from them without issue.

I received an indicator switch today, that I'd ordered before this problem, and that's fine.

Its always if there is a problem that shows how good a company is.

I find it amazing that they can't even acknowledge my e mails.

I totally agree. I hadn't spotted the 30 day warranty bit.

Fortunately none of the items I've ordered were likely to require a warranty claim.

I'd recommend Skodateile. Their customer service is excellent: and I have put that to the test twice for various reasons.

I'm pleased to say that eventually I got a reply and they sent a replacement switch in the post.

I ordered some High TPMS sensors which didn't work and I emailed them over a week and a half ago and heard nothing back.

so a paypal claim will be started if they don't respond

  • 1 year later...

I've ordered 2 new LED modules from them and after so many delays in shipping I got ONE used LED module from them. I inquired and they said they were out of stock. I was like, okay, at least refund me for the second module since I was charged for two but they are ignoring my emails, whatsapps and even my calls. DON'T BUY from them I joined your forum just to share my experience and warn you.

ive used them for a front ops sensor kit.

all arrived fine and very quickly.

slightly different part no.s than those advertised but all worked without issue and they even painted them the correct colour for 15 euros.

quite honestly i cant complain at all.

I've brought from them! (sort of)

The item was a Spare Wheel Installation Kit.

All-in, total cost, including shipping, was 150euro.

Big mistake.

They never sent the item, but claimed they had.

When I asked for a tracking number, they gave me a tracking number that was for a domestic (Czech republic) delivery. (Verified by the courier company.)

Then they ignored my emails.

So I then had to raise a complaint via PayPal.

Eventually they gave me only a partial refund, they kept the 48euro shipping charge.

A shipping charge, they couldn't even prove.

My advice is simple & obvious, Keep clear of this operation.
