I'm looking to swap my dented exhaust for another standard vRS exhaust i've bought.

How easy/difficult is it to replace the exhaust??

I'm only looking at taking off the back box and chrome tip if possible,

I'm pretty sure that there is a genuine VAG exhaust joiner available for this job.

Does that mean the exhaust has to be cut off then??

Sure does as the cat back is one piece. There is a thread which shows a pic of where you would cut, but I can't seem to locate it.

Is it this i need:

They kind of look the same but its the second one that rings a bell for me. Just make sure its the right bore
