its only the crash bar that needs choping, bumper can stay untouched.

I've got a Seat Sport cooler to fit, I think there's some slight shaving needed at the rear but you don't notice any of it once it's all fitted

Yeah you have shave a bit of the back bumper for it to miss the intercooler mate

Any idea how much the seat sport ic and pipework costs (roughly)

Just curious to know if its something I could do.

I picked my SS intercooler in the F/S section for £140 + £12 postage.

I've spent £10 so far on 2 63-57mm reducers.

I need 2 couplers (for the turbo & EGR) from Forge, which will be around £70 posted.

Map sensor boss from Darkside is around £30 posted.

Brackets I am picking up from a member on here - not sure how much yet.

I need 2 90 degree reducers to come from the couplers.

I need around 8 T-Bolt clamps - say £15 posted.

Then I need the hard pipes making up.

It's scary now I've added it all up haha! Now I just hope it is worth it!!

I made my own kit the other year, bought the THS intercooler, and samco hoses and stuff from tweeks and the couplers and map bend from forge directly, also Tweeks and Forge I got trade discount.

THS cooler was £268 posted

Alloy pipe's and samco hoses was £113

Forge Couplings and Map bend £56

Mikalor Clamps £20

EDIT: Oh also needed the brackets from TPS for mounting the cooler which was £25
