Guys I have a light bulb symbol on the dash, it has marks around it with a light bulb in the middle, what is this light for? All my lights seem fine!

Typically means a bulbs blown. If you've got Hids one of the ballasts may have failed?

In my experience, this dash light will appear only when you turn on the light circuit that has a failed bulb. E.g. if it's a brake light, then it will only come on when you apply the brakes. Bit of trial and error and trying one set of lights at a time should help you narrow it down.

One of the bulbs has blown or a fault. Most likely a bulb so turn lights on and check them all out.

incorrect. mine comes on if a headlight bulb goes, just not a sidelight

i stand corrected mines 2004 and only come on so far with blown brakelights

bulb warning light comes on if an indicator (not side repeaters), tail light, brake light, or dipped headlight bulb is gone IIRC. I don't think it comes on for fogs, reverse, front sides and main beams. Need to check on that though, literature's not with me ATM

the manual states:

The warning light '' comes on if a light bulb is damaged:

-brakes applied (brake light)

- in lighting ( low beam and / or rear light)

A peep sounds as an additional warning signal.

so.... brake lights , tail lights and dipped beam bring the light on

I had a front indicator out and it never came on

My powers of deduction tell me the car thinks a bulb is out.... Whether there is or not is a different matter, and it could be the voltage feedback from the HID kit which is causing it. I had a H7 kit for a very short while and often got bulb out warning when still on - The kit didn't stay in the car long, and how I have projector headlight units, I get nothing like that thankfully.

Swear it's just if rear brake lights or rear lights as its on a circuit board which has a known resistance. If it changes then it brings on the warning light?

It definitely came on when I had a dipped beam gone.

It's on today and I don't even have lights on had a quick look around yesterday and seen no lights out, hid lights have been in for 4 months with no issues.
