Hi guys. I want to lower my octy vrs tdi fl bit dont want the ride to get harder, bumpier and more rattly...is this possible and if so what do I need? A set of springs and dampers or just dampers or coilovers? Bit confused... also which brand would you recommend?

I havent noticed it that much certainly less harsh than coilovers they would turn your spine to dust.

There is a difference between a proper height and balance of the suspension than just whacking on coilvers lower it so it scrapes the ground and the suspension is so stiff it doesnt move at all.

is that the same setup as bilstien b12 kit?

You'll get a better ride quality if you go for springs and shocks.
