hi all

my engine management light has been on for the last day or 2 just got around to plugin the reader in getting a few errors

P0140 - 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected

P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1, Sensor 2)

guess this points to my 02 sensor being goosed or could it be something else?

also very stupid question is there more than one? as eurocar parts has Exhaust System After catalyst and also Exhaust System In front of catalyst,

my engine is a AQW

If it's like mine you'll have 2 cats and 2 sensors. I'm guessing sensor two is after cat 2 so under the car. Have a look underneath between the driver/passenger door, you'll see a black plastic box type thing with wires going in and out. Take that off and it'll contain the plug for the sensor, check for broken wires, clean the contacts etc and see if that does anything.

yea checked it its the sensor after the cat under the cover. no broken wires everything looks 100% new sensor it is .

Prob replace this in the next day or 2 was expecting it to be cheaper than £35 tho. oh well
