Can anyone explain where abouts on my engine I would find this please, only had the car 2 weeks and was looking to upgrade it to the later type just to e on the safe side.

The car is a 2006 2.0tfsi

It's On the side of the turbo, needs to be accessed from underneath, by removing

Just be warned the third allen bolt that sits on the side of the valve you can't actually see can be a bit of a pig to get to!

When I swapped mine out we had to cut the "L" end off an allen key and use the long straight section in a socket.

Edit: you'll need to get the car up on ramps or at least a foot off the ground to be able to work on it properly, as said above, you can't access it from above, has to be from underneath.
