Hello, we have had an Octavia for 8 years (wonderful car) and have just purchased a year old Yeti from our local dealer here in France. we had a towbar fitted as we use a small trailer but after puting the tow bar on and plugging in we found the lights were not working, we have a 13pin plug but don't were to look for the fault (the trailer lights were working fine last week with the Octavia). Can't get back to the dealer until Monday and then being France not sure how long it will take to look at it.

I suspect the trailer & Octavia are wired fine for how it was 8 years ago,

and that is the Yeti is wired correctly as done in 2011/12,

Try a modern trailer lighting board plugged onto the Yeti & i expect it might work just fine.
