South Central Detailing

Featured Replies

Just a quick Q, any detailers on The South Coast who'd be willing to give my car a once over and make suggestions as to what could be done to make it look a bit tidier?

It's an 03 Fabia MkI in Cayenne Orange metallic if that helps, a few stone chips and scratches here n there, a couple of minor indents on a wing (hairdryer to sort out?) nothing major.

I'd like to make my trusty steed look good for the national meet at the end of July. I'm not after concourse, just a 'looks tidy' if you get me.

I've a rattle can and nail varnish thing + laquer of original paint, some bits n bobs of washing and cleaning stuff, some time and a car to clean!

Ha - I could have spent a couple of hours on it @ JKM if I'd known :D

I can't do anything with stone chips / dents though. Stone chips are best off being masked using a touch up kit really. They'll still be there, but just less obvious than a big white mark.

D'oh :D I never thought to ask, and only a few days ago I had a look at your thread where you detailed the Porker :(

I bought some gen rattle can spray and laquer and also a touch up kit from the local Skoda place. Need to wait for some warmer weather methinks ;)
