Engine problems V6

My engine showed a warning light and limped back to the dealers ( 20 k miles in 2 years ). they initailly said that the ignition coil on #4 cylinder need replacement. Now its suggested that the fuel the injector is dead

Any advice ?, it should be a warranty claim, but what is the real cause / explanation
