Hi, were are you based first?? as it would be handy to get this fitted (don't have a VCDS) plus would I need a new control unit for a 2006 Octavia vrs?

What's the difference between them?

Is it s case of fitting the stalk and having the car coded and then you have working cruise control? If that is the case I'll have one.

A is the earlier version

G is the newer one

stalk needs to be fitted and the Steering controller and ECU need to be coded. In some cases a wire needs to be added 2004 MY

G version is correct for your car
