New discs and pads, warped already

Hi,

I think I have solved the problem!!!!

Thanks to all your suggestions.

I swapped to my summer tyres today (Vredestein Sportrac3) from my winter tyres (GOodyear Ultragrip 8).

When I first put my winter tyres on, the tracking was out by a lot, (toe in I think) and the outer shoulder of the tyre wore about 2mm more than the inner shoulder. When I got the tracking sorted, the damage had already been done.

As the summer tyres have even wear, the problem has gone away.

I think my bushes do need replacing, the rear wishbone bushes are really "gooey".

Had my wishbones and ball joints, and top  mounts replaced in may. Still doing it.

So yesterday I got them changed under warranty, for free.

Also had 2 new front shocks for the MoT.

See how it goes.

When I fit new discs and pads I bed them in the more aggressive way. Breaking hard from different speeds, then drive to cool them down. Always worked and never had an issue.

I only fit OE discs though (Brembo/Zimmerman), so that may help too.

The brakes were designed for use by Germans. So they can take a beating! Go get them nice and hot and eat into that disc surface a bit.
