Missing Phone Menu to enable Bluetooth

Featured Replies

Can anyone help me with a missing Phone menu option to enable iPhone Bluetooth connection to my Octavia 2012 vRS Columbus system?

I have been using bluetooth since I bought the car without any issues. System searches for a paired device on startup and disconnects when I turn the car off. However, in the last three days, the system doesn't search for a device (the same device, I have always paired) my bluetooth is active on my iPhone and I can not select or find a "Phone" menu in the steering wheel menu.

I have consulted the manual, reset factory settings, turned the car ingition on and off to try and establish a connection and no luck.

Anyones assistance on this would be great.

Thinking I might need to return it to a dealer.

Thanks

JB

Find someone with vcds in your area. Should be able to sort it for you for some beer tokens.
