I appreciate that this has been asked before, so I hopefully am not going to repeat questions others have already asked, but if I bought a FL instrument cluster from skodateile and found a dealer happy to install it, would they also do the kmh/mph conversion as a matter of course or does that need to be purchased seperately?

Also, I couldn't find anyone on the forum who had convinced a dealer to swap the instruments on a FL Octavia. Anyone have any luck? If so, how much did it cost? I am assuming too, that bar the coding it should just be a plug and play on an Elegance - i.e. all the electrics/sensors (e.g. washer bottle, oil temp) are already there so I would end up with the full maxidot experience should I do this upgrade?

Feel free to berate me if I've asked anything that has been answered before. I am picking up my Octy (used) on Saturday and am just trying to weigh up whether it is possible/worth it to swap from the the standard trip computer.
