In what way a difference?

Well i mean can the quality of sound be much difference? Like is there new technology in newer headunits?

depends entirely on budget.

If you look at SQ headunits then the advances in tech are stunning but then again people do use old headunits for good sq such as older macintosh headunits.

A good value headunit if you are willing to go 2nd hand is the pioneer P88RS2. They replaced it last year with the P80 but it was a fantastic unit and can be had for as little as £100 2nd hand

Hi, my wife has an older JVC HU in her Fabia & we've found it to be really good/impressive. I've recently changed to a Pioneer in the Felly & again so far so good. A lot will depend on what the HU is pushing out through & a top spec unit can easily be compromised by a speaker system not up to the job! If it sounds good to you go with it as an awful lot can be spent to achieve a slight hike in sound quality. ;)
