My wife has done just over 2,000 miles in the first year of the 1.4 Fabia SE and it's flashing "SERVICE" now. What is entailed in a first service at that mileage and what should she expect to pay?

Service items will be standard for the first service irrespective of low mileage.

Think it is mainly inspections and an oil & filter change.

Price should be around £90ish or at least was formmy vRS.

+ one on the above reply. If they ask for more money then ask them what they are going to do. The price may vary slightly but should not cost more than £130 but should be nearer the £100 mark or less. I paid £80 on my diesel but that was nearly 5 years ago!
