no its a drain to get rid of water

That is one pipe you DON'T want connected to anywhere! :D (Apart from to the bottom of the thing its meant to drain water from, at the other end)

Lol I'm meaning is there a holder or something for it to clip into. I checked previous pictures and I can't see it anywhere. I've tucked it behind the washer bottle for now.

No, it just hangs down pointing at the plastic undertray.
