Though I suspect even the XF will not match the rear leg space of the Superb :-)

Thanks for the welcome all. As requested, I'll do a comparison between the Superb & the XF in a couple of months. As of now, the Superb is scoring very, very well...it's definitely too early for any real report but when trying to think of things wrong with the Superb after the weekend I have a huge almost blank piece of paper, with "left hand steering-wheel scroll-wheel is too stiff" written in small letters at the bottom...
