Headlight range control fault

Featured Replies

Hello Everyone,

I've a 2008 Fabia2 1.9TDI and the headlight levelling control on the passenger side (only) has stopped working. The wiring seems ok, or at least I can measure a varying signal at the headlight wiring plug when the switch is moved, so suspect that the motor inside the headlight is at fault.

I think I will need to remove the headlight to change the motor, but I cannot see how or where it is actually fitted to the headlight. Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated. Tks

Gerard
