swapping 2013 vrs headlights to a 2010 vrs

Featured Replies

Hi. Is this a straight unbolt and bolt up job? My local stealer quoted me £108 a side for the units

your response is greatly appreciated :-D

secondly would anybody be interested in the ones that come off?

Gareth

Why would you want to swap them

If the 2010 are dual bulb lights I wouldn't change them for the latest single bulb things, just because the latter has a dark finish to the covers.

You wont get any light differance as it is not the light lens that is darkend it is the rear of the light that is black plastic

Are they not both duel H7 lights?

I thought the new ones were still twin bulbs. The one I looked at I think was in the showroom at blades in Bristol. The reason behind it is... My car is all black. And in my opinion I think it would look better with the black headlights. I'm also hoping to change the grill to so its all the same colour. Don't get me wrong. It looks good now. But im not a lover of chrome

ho sorry i thought you had black lights now you have the 2010 vrs without the black pack

I wish. I just wanna make the car perfect. Black wheels are on the agenda too. I heard you can get black brake discs too? :-D

The black lights use a single bulb.

The projector has a mechanism that changes the beam for when you use high beam.

The inner section just has a sidelight it the centre

Is it just a single H7 per side then?
