Considering its a bank holiday weekend so they would have been closed yesterday then Id expect a reply later. I know they were also a member of staff down when I rang in last week and had been for a few days :)

    Shark do occasionally let an email slip through the net tbh, its the only aspect of the whole service I can ever find anything to knock though (and I usually try harder than most!) :rofl:

    Unfortunately we don't offer an STS for the CR140 at present. I will check with admin if/why the email was missed, it does happen occasionally.
