This used to be in the back of my MK2 vRS and it fits perfectly to the left and I even made a bracket that holds it in place up against the seat and connects to the isofix anchor point on the back of the seat (will be included if you need it) can be removed and the carpet covers the holes.

Its the perfect addition to the tinny system in the car, I used a high pass filter connected to one of the rear speakers and it was perfect, the amp is a FLI 450w max 225w RMS. All the wiring will come with it so you can fit it without the need to buy anything else.
