Could anyone advise me if a spare wheel from a mk1 2007 fabia , 15 inch rim , usual five hole fitting would be ok to use as a spare with my 2012 1.2tsi roomster . Dont like the idea of relying on the tyre sealant and pump , thanks

Should be fine. Mk1 and Mk2 fabia (and Roomster) all have 5x100 stud pattern.

Even Octavia MK1 will be fit, it's also 5 X 100

+1, though remember Octy 1 has bigger tyre diameter so tyre would need to be replaced.

Yes absolutely right. Octavia's shoes were 195/65/15 instead of Roomster's 195/55/15. (Both factory fitted)

But keep in mind that snow chains CANNOT be fitted in 195/55/15 but CAN be fitted at 185/55/15 tyres.
