If it is, do you make it a habit to call people at 03:57, thus waking them up??

Wasn't too happy to get a call at that time. I know i asked for a call back for a quote but 03:57, seriously!!!

I thought their website had a function to state time of call-back? If it doesn't that's a bit lacking. Assume 4am is probably key working time in India?

Delhi is 4 1/2 hours ahead of us, so would have made it about 08:30 there time. I think even that is a bit too early for India to start ringing out.

I also didn't see an option to specify a time for call-back but i would think common sense would be used to know i wouldn't want to talk about car insurance at 03:57!!

Firstly apologies on behalf of Adrian Flux Insurance Services for the automated call.

Upon returning to the office today it would appear that there was a technical fault from 12.01am onwards today that has resulted in some clients receiving an unrequested call-back from us in the early hours.

These things are unfortunate and we hope that you were not too inconvenienced.

I was originally cheesed off about it but now i'm not too fussed.

I am awaiting a call-back but hopefully at a more suitable time.

Just to update, i didn't receive a callback but decided to call them today and was quoted very nicely, nearly half of my renewal cost from Direct Line, so after 9+ years of being with one Insurance Company, i've now switched to Adrian Flux.
