Hi All,

A few months ago I broke one of the pipe connectors on my ASV solenoid valve, so plugged it and put up with the engine shuddering till I could get a new one. Problem is now I have a new one I cant remember how it all went together. What a prat hey?!?!

Anyway, I have the 110 ASV TDi lump, can someone advise which way round the ASV solenoid clips on (grey cap to which side) and what tube goes where?

I Mr Muscled the turbo again last night and just stuck it on one way, so I have a 50% chance of it being right! Problem is the clip doesnt hold very well so I thought I might have it back to front.

There are two on the bulkhead (EGR & turbo) and one clipped in underneath the inlet manifold for the anti-shudder.
