ASR light on after about 10 minutes

Featured Replies

I've had a good look round read a few topics and most seem to say its down to a faulty wire I think i have spotted it but not 100%sure it looks like the culprit since it seems bodged can anyone confirm this is the right connection/set of wires?

IMAG0130.jpgIt went in for the DMF and clutch under warranty and when it came back the light kept on coming on I just never found the time to get it sorted :/

Can anyone confirm?

I was getting the ESP light come on after a few minutes of driving on my Ibiza and one of the similarly teeny wires to the MAP sensor was broken. fixing that made it go away

Just to close the thread and for anyone with the same trouble in the future it was the brown wire below the arrow you can almost make it out in the picture, extending the wire should stop it from happening again :) time will tell!

Anyone with the fault near Leeds, Darlington, Rotherham or sheffield is welcome to contact me if they have the same issue and don't want to look at it themself (I work all over the uk so can pop to many places)
