Angel eyes for furby

Featured Replies

ok so they do it for all other makes and models but do they do BMW style angel eyes for the fabia? :)

No - I looked - But they're becoming so damned common, that soon I'll be in the minority with regular headlights.:rofl:

Make your own if you really want.

They do Morette twins dont they?

There you go J, relocate ur battery to the boot, twin headlights with inner main removed, Carbonio intake fitted into it, sweet.

 Sounds like hard work. :D There's a lot of wiring involved in moving the battery isn't there? :)

edit: No mention of Skoda on www.morette.com :(

Here you go J. Milotec lights. ;)

Nah, 1 wire running front to back, just like an amp wire (4awg is just fine ;) ).

I played with idea of putting angel eyes in the xenon headlamps, but scrapped the idea very quickly.

1. No bespoke items available.

2. Unverisal ones look cheap & tacky.

3. The proper CCL items (as used on the newer BM's) are damn expensive & would mean extensive mods to the headlamps.

So, settled for extra bright white LED sidelights, as in my avatar.

You serious? I thought there were loads of wires going to and from the battery. Every time I lift up those two covers, there seems to be wiring and all sorts.

Confirm over PM or MSN if you wish, but I'd consider anything whilst the engine is out... I think the battery and case need to be removed anyway to allow the engine/s to lift in and out? :D

If you clever you can leave all the connections and fuses etc up the front and just run a + cable back to a battery in the boot. A cut off switch is a good idea for emergencies. Earth out the battery up the back and bobs you uncle.

As Lummox said, it's pretty easy to do. My brother keeps hassling me to do it on his GTO. There's a reason he wants it done, but i can't remember what it is.

I've just highlighted that bit to remind you who we're talking about here!

But if you want a little visit to Devon, you're welcome to try and do a safe job for me. :D Earthing in the boot won't be a problem though. Going to be going down the "self tapper into the boot" route soon I think.

Actually come to think of it, with all my subs in the boot, I seriously doubt there's even room for one battery. :o

Room i would have thought, they are well packed in there.

It's possible, but I don't want to do it on mine as it might turn pear-shaped (not to mention expensive!). :D
