Brand new matey.

What are your observations/feelings comparing vRS MK1 and vRS MK2 as you had both? How do you find DSG box?

Having driven a couple of DSG occy vrs 170's I wasn't a massive fan at first and was a little bit sketchy on whether or not to bother but the mrs told me just try it for what's its worth. So I went ahead and was massively surprised. I currently have a 206 GTI180 and tbh it feels as fast if not slightly quicker with the DSG changes. I didn't really get chance to fully appreciate the mk1 to be honest. But my mate who's a member on here still has his and tbh I'm abit jealous because his looks the Dogs! But ill be considering whether to go coils or just spring tbh all depends on the clearance ill have in my drive as standard I think.

The car is the dogs mate! I want to get some driveway pics this morning but your still asleep! Ha any ways guys just to justify it it's one of the nicest looking combo/scheme mk2 I've seen with a black pack factory tints silver wheels in race blue! It don't look like its trying to be something it's not!

Skoda do a lowering kit (eibach irrc) drops it another 20mm

Yeah I had a look at work but I'm not convinced 20mm would give me then ride height I'm after. And they're eibach springs which a lot of manufactures approve

I have a monte and think it would benefit from being lower but ive notice the splitter is quite close to most kerbs when i bay park id be paranoid id hit it lol

I've already damaged the underside of my splitter... if it was any lower it would be gone completely :(
