If it's a car with start/stop it'll have a super-heavy-duty battery (AGM?) that is "coded" to the car to ensure it doesn't overcharge. There's quite a lot of debate as to whether the coding is required if you're swapping the battery like for like and there are always independents who can code it for you should you need to change it.
