vac problem

Fault code up, po170 powertrain fuel trim. Can't find leaks anywhere, removed SAI and replaced rivets with bolts, cleaned MAF sensor but on removing the SAI I realised the pipe running from the airbox was off, wasn't to sure if I knocked if off undoing the mount so I carried on. When refitting, the pipe was a bitch to locate and now 2 days on I cant even locate the pipe running to what appears to be the rocker cover. Lights come back on and still have the same kangaroo jack when it's cold. Im guessing these pipes are my problem? Are they always so hard to reconnect?
