Skoda Octavia 2007 electric window inverted

i have a skoda octavia 2007 that has recently been in for repairs on an electrical problem the battery was also changed but ever since then the back left window is inverted when i push up it gos down and when i push down it goes up and the automatic up and down stoped working is there anyway i can fix this

You need to reset the electric windows after changing (or disconnecting) the battery (page 59 of the owners manual):

Automatic closing or opening does not operate

If the battery of the car has been disconnected and then reconnected, the

automatic closing and opening function does not operate. The system

must be activated. Proceed as follows in order to re-establish the function:

• Turn the key in the lock of the driver door into the closing position and

hold it there until all of the windows are closed.

• Release the key.

• Insert the key again and turn it to the closing position for about 3

seconds.
