ive got a dead asv and turbo, after a runaway. can i drop a complete ahf with its turbo, injector pump, and injectors into the car and re-use the cars original ecu?

The only difference between the two engines are the injectors, ECU software and the ASV has oil cooled pistons.

Whilst the injectors are different, the injection pump is the same. The pump may need a mechanical/ECU tweak - I just can't remember.
