Quick question what coupler is it that I need to go on the bottom of the top boost pipe (45 degree pipe going into the smic) will it be the same as the top 90degree coming out of the EGR valve ? 60mm?

Would of had it mate but got my pipe work already and it's 60mm so I need a one goin from 60mm to 60mm need to email forge now to see if they can sort something out for me :(

Having a nightmare dan I've got a reducing 90 bend from 60mm to 51mm to go onto my stainless pipe which is 51mmOD then a 45degree reducer from 51mm to 60mm so the 2 couplers I need is 64mm to 60mm from my egr and then a 60mm to 60mm to my intercooler

Then again I could use the type d coupler from my egr to the hose but still leave e needing a 60mm to 60mm

Is it just the top pipes your replacing? I would change the size of the pipes mate.

Yeah Iknow dan would be the easiest thing to do its just the fact I would have to send them back :( I'm gunna email them first see what they say as I could still use the type d for the egr so that's one problem out the way just need to see if they could make me a straight through 60mm coupler if they can't ill get the pipes changed

Are you using the ash pipes off eBay? As the set up you are looking at sounds like what I was going to get to replace mine. Can you either post on here or pm me once you have got it all sorted so I can confirm what works to save me the same hassle you are having?
