Hi all my skoda octy has black smoke coming out when I put my foot down and is lagging abit Iv just had my dual mass flywheel done and before it was done it was over boosting and not chaining gear until it hit 25000 revs some time red lining some say it could be my turbo as pipes are clogged with oil Iv not long had turbo done

Could be a boost leak somewhere in the pipes.

Seconded; I'd expect the car to feel down on power too.

Lubricating oil usually burns blue or white, depending on quantity.

Thanks , Iv looked at the EGR valve and it was clogged up so Iv cleaned it out and the pipe, it seems better on power and not as much smoke coming out but not 100% still abit judery when I put my foot down till it get going then fine can I get it fleshed thro some how ????
