At least you've finally found it. And the tyre looks like there's not much wrong with it I bet? It's weird how modern tyres seem to do this on a variety of cars. Mate of mine who has his own garage tells me that from what he sees it always seems to be the expensive brands that do it too. Very odd.

Yes. Quite relieved to finally track it down. And to discover that it is nothing major.

I can't see anything on the tyre and could only just feel something. Still can't see it and I know it's there.

The guy in the garage felt it with his hand almost straight away.

I wouldn't say mine were expensive (c.£75 a corner fitted) but I would consider Dunlop to be a premium brand (maybe not the best, but an established market player).
