Does any one what this is called or got a part number?

It's letting the engine bay down as its rusting over :(

They're the fuel lines.

It's stainless though isn't it?

Softscoops right. Try cleqning it with a brillo pad or some brasso/silvo.

Some metal polish or wet & dry paper should make them shiny again.
