For performance you'll see no benefit, it should sound louder though. As has been pointed out many times on this and other forums the intake and oem paper filter isn't a problem to 220+bhp.

I appreciate the aesthetics and performance of the panel filter. Was just interested in more induction sound and maybe some chatter?
