Nope - I may have to postpone, OR, if the PD130 is in and running, run it to the body-shop without an intercooler of any kind in.... :eek:

Nah without intercooler it should be fine, just take it very easy. You probably want to do that anyway as the car is being assembled still so it's not gonna be settled, consider it gentle running-in time :rofl:

All else fails, put a sticker on the rear window 'place hands here, it's a Skoda' or something :rofl:;)

You gonna get it resprayed I'm guessing, what colour are you going for? If you want a really unique car the 4 standard vRS colours should be out though, right ;)

:rofl: Oh. this thread is proving to be rather amusing for me, but also more amusing for my mate who is reading this thread regularly from his workshop.... He keeps telling me everyone's being so pessimistic.... :D

By the way, there's no respray going on - I can't afford that AND the engine works. :( I love silver anyway - I wouldn't like ANY other colour as much, even black magic. :P

I'm not taking any pics at the moment, but the car just looks like a normal car.... Just without a front bumper or any running gear whatsoever. :rofl:

Work should be able to start again tomorrow, armed with new hub, flywheel bolts & gasket. :thumbup: Might be running by the weekend. ;)

Well I think the closest to the truth has to be the "flintstones" option so I'm declaring the 14 people who picked that as the winner
