05 vrs is it blt?

it will be an asz mate.

My Fabia VRS was registered June 30th. 2005 (05 plate) has the ASZ engine.

I believe it was later the BLT engine was fitted.

In the archives of this site somewhere a member had the exact details of when the engines were changed.

Looks like the BLT engine came-out on a (55 plate) I found a short write-up.

officially BLT engines were fitted from october 2005 so cars registered after that time should have BLT engines.

from september 2005 you have 55 plate so most of the cars on 55 plate or up will be BLT

you could always just look at the stickers in the car (1 under the bonnet one in the boot?) or the V5 document
