FELICIA L&K 14" ALLOYS+ GO FASTER BITS

Featured Replies

Ok I am breaking my L&K felicia road rally car as I have no need of another car for now.

first up I have to put a price for forum rules but offers on everything I want it gone!!!!

4x L&K alloys 14 inch and rare, not in the best of condition they are all prob scuffed and will prob

have the odd small dink in them but there are no vibrations from them all the way up to 100mph so nothing that is a major prob(I will get a pic of each one)

say £70 with tyres removed (I can fit your tyres ask me!!)

front brakes with 256mm vented disks and ford calipers, M1144 rally pads all in working order but used on rallies etc so disks are prob past their best but not warped

pic when new !!! Photo0161.jpg

these calipers require no modifications to fit to the felly hub they fit straight on unlike the later calipers which need drilling etc.

£80.

reclining bucket seats in blue/black to bolt in to felly , tatty but would clean up ok

£80 will get pics soon

or take the whole lot away wrapped in a tatty L&K felicia with mot till nov, fitted with a quick 1.6 motor and working electric windows in the front, std suspension all round, heavily reinforced front x-member (under rad) to gain ground clearance and stop the rad getting broken, double skinned sump to stop it getting busted, ABS master cylinder and servo and lots of little touches here and there that I will have forgotten about, VERY rusty in places the bootlid being worst along with the front wing tops.

drive it home complete for £250

totally reliable car I would think nothing of doing a 400 mile trip in it tomorrow if I had to (and it was taxed!)

Are these the same calipers teflontom uses on his front setup?

No not quite, the ones Tom used require the hubs drilling out, these ones fit straight on, same disks tho .

The Speedo on the car is showing 5800 miles btw as I fitted a 00000 Speedo when I did the 1.6 swap, so the brakes have prob done 5000miles at a guess since I fitted em.

Forgot to mention, the engine had a new cambelt kit and clutch fitted when I did the swap , car has power steering and a solid rear gearbox mount fitted. Also has a navigator footrest and has black carpet from a fav fitted as this was lots lighter than the felly carpet

Ok I have someone interested in taking it complete at the moment, ifchanges his mind I'll let you know mate

Thanks, please do.

I'm eager to start stockpiling uprated bits for the 1.3mpi i picked up yesterday :)

I hope you do find someone to take it, it will remove the temptation for me! I am currently in the middle of moving house (i.e. we have accepted an offer on ours but curently have no where to move to!) which would make taking this out of the question at the mo but at that price it seems an absolute bargain, I'd love to just keep it at home and use it as a source of spares and a shed if it's that rusty.

Is that a top tint windscreen too or is it just a stick on one? Anyway, I hope it goes to a good home but if you still have it in a couple of months when I've found somewhere to live I'll be back in touch.

I'm taking it :) couldn't be more happy with my purchase...my plan is the fix the rusty bits & anything else which may need modified ;) different colour and then Rust to Rome 2014!! But I will also be using it inbetween now and then...

rust to Rome? Sounds like a good old crac to me..

yup, she should be gone to scotland on Sat, it is a proper L&K tinted screen pretty rare and no chips even. I am glad she is going to be used rather than made into baked bean tins lol, I even get another car into the deal (that I kinda talked my self into buying even tho I don't really need a car lol).

cheers for the interest guys.

That's even better news if it's going to live on. Excellent, I can sleep better too not having to try and think of somewhere to put it while I move house!
