Mk2 vrs rear splitter

Featured Replies

Does anybody know the part number for a rear splitter on the new vrs, and will it fit onto a new Monte Carlo.

Think it looks better when the exhaust is showing.

No it wont fit due to the wheel arches

You will need this insted

I would imagine it would fit, the whole rear bumper that is, and you could just adjust and modify the exhaust to fit around the different exhaust port space.

The VRS splitter doesn't line up with the montes exterior package. The splitter on the VRS drops off at the rear the montes runs all the way around the bump

Does it? I never noticed looking at them but I'll take your word for it.

Does the splitter even come off the bumper? I thought they were moulded on

Cheers Crash. Is that on the standard skoda website or somewhere else. Cheers for reply I will be looking into this.

Also the VRS is plastic looking the montes is painted.

This is a brochre inhave in PDF form on my ipad.

The spliter stuck and could be removed with care.

You can also cut it if you wanted but from chatting to my body shop guy it could lead to a gap between the two skins of the rar bumper for dirt and mud to go in to.

Id guess this accessory part will have a lip to cover the hole

On the vrs can be removed i wouldnt advise it as pain to stick back the **** bodyshop i used couldn't

Since the weather is warming up I'm thinking of painting mine , I hate the rough textured plastic , was going to plasti-dip it black

Monte back end looks nice imo
