I know they are not to everyones taste but i like them. Now i have that out of the way, where is the best place for me to wire up to?

I want them to go on when i start the car and off when i turn off.

Had a look but can't see anywhere other that the live that goes to the headunit etc.

There's a live in the back of the light switch. I can't remember which pin, but a mutlimeter should help you find it.

This is exactly what I done holmesie

There should be a pin in the back of light switch that is live with ignition on and goes dead once you switch on the side lights. 23 is in my head for some reason!!
