What's the going rate for a cam belt, tensioner etc plus water pump?

My octy has hi 95k (8 years) so will be on its second belt, the water pump didn't need doing last time and was inspected by the dealers but with it being 95k now, probably the right time!

Need to find a decent vag specialist with good customer experience ratings in the northwest to do it too.

Anyone use VW Central in ellsemere port?

Fairlane in Telford quoted me approx. £480 for the job on my Octy tdi, said it's part of the national pricing policy

VW did it for me for £330 a month or so ago, they had a special offer on, not sure if its still on and if it was nationwide, but even my local garage told me to take it to skoda as they couldn't compete

Paid £350 to a good local garage who put steel water pump in instead of plastic

As im in the Trade i got the parts at cost and work was done for 200 quid lol so cheap
