oil on engine

I keep getting a kind of misting of oil on top of the filler cap and engine, as if it has been sprayed on with a spray gun. I wipe it off, it comes back.

what's it from?

I have noticed that too. I took the cover off to have a look and the engine seems dry, so i think nothing to worry about

Possible oil filler cap seal?
