Anyone know how I can get at the ventilation fan in my Octavia?

(It's Climatronic version, if it makes any difference)

It's started making a clicking/rattling sound that varies with fan speed, so it's almost certainly something stuck in the fan.

Take out the glove box and it is easily accessible. Usually a leaf or something gets dropped in when the pollen filter is changed.
