Ordered in Black Magic, Sunroof, Autochanger and Xenons. Cant wait. Not read a bad review. I appear to have made a good decision. Present owner of a Megane 2. Pile of crap. It goes in August !! :thumbdwn:

I've done just over 12k in mine, only encountered a couple of minor problems, front passenger door rattle & fuel flap filler not closing (easily resolved thanks to this excellent forum ). Other than that, its been a pleasure to drive

When I mentioned at work that I was soon to be a Skoda owner, they all laughed and cackled about the build quality and 'skips' etc How do you deflect this crap from ignorant people? :confused:

Ignore them, generally when they see the car they will change.

Build quality is best of the group IMHO and ive worked on em all.

Just see it in light humour and go along with it. It's only a car. I take the mick with blokes from work about mine. Could not care less what they think as they are only trying (badly) to wind me up.

I agree. I'll just laugh along and then ask them in two years time how much their car is now worth and then laugh some more !! They drive Renault Megane's and Laguna's
