Been a while but this is what the car looked like the day i collected it (pretty standard).

I then decided to sort the audio out so i fitted

Alpine iDA X305s

Ground Zero Radioactive GZRF 16FXII 16.5cm speakers in the front doors

Ground Zero Hydrogen GZHT 20S tweeters

Ground Zero Hydrogen GZHF 402X 10cm speakers in the back

JL Audio amp

JL Audio CP208LG-W3v3 MicroSub

Plasti Dipped the grill and my wheels

Wired in the phone charger

USB in the glove box

Fitted a PD160 intake a Green Cotton pannel filter and Piper cat back exhaust (de cat to come).

So finally got my coilovers on and front splitter fitted.

Need to dig out the camera and get some better pics.

Looking good mate some real nice mods there i love the black grill i wondered if it would look good on the blue paint mine is still chrome but i might change it now I've seen how good it looks top job mate keep the pics coming.

Thanks. I used Plasti Dip it has held up pretty good and if you don't like it you can peel it off.

Sounds like a plan i looked it up it seams pretty cheap as well. You done anymore mate?

Bought some new wheels off here they are getting painted hopefully picking them up on Monday.

 

 

I drove to Cornwall and on the way managed to drive over a dead deer and rip my splitter off. Luckily it gave me just enough clearance to get on the drive.

So this happened today

 

 

I have a Garrett GT1749VB PD150 turbo, front mount intercooler, egr delete and a few other bits on order from Darkside Developments.

 

Just a small upgrade, what sort of power should i expect with this setup?

Depends who's doing the mapping! Get yourself some pd150 headbolts and a 4 bar map sensor.

Probably around the high 190s (safe) with a stock pd150 garrett and other mods.

PS: G101 in a bucket of water will get that oil off - I'd use hot water personally.

Woops just read it's a pd150 turbo and not a hybrid. Headbolts probably won't be needed. Neither will the 4 bar sensor.

Any other progress on this?

Thats exactly what im doing 

I was looking to see what colour wheels people have put on and what colour people have painted the grille. 

Glad i did, seen some colour coded and dont like it at all, plasticdip looks to give the best finish ive seen really. 

 

i think he says the wheels areanthracite grey but that could be from oen of the other 20 SE threads ive read!
