No not missing anything.

The Auto Express article this week showed the Blue Polo and then went on to say that it could be a Mule for the new Chassis for the mk3 Fabia which will be a shortened version of the MBQ platform,

& pointing out the Brake test Sticker, the Wheel centres and saying it was sitting low because it was carry weights to test the chassis.

& Auto Express showed Images of what they thought the new Fabia might be like.

I stupidly had not seen the same White Fabia Images from 12 months ago.

I must cancel my DD to Auto Express once i have had my 6 issues for £1.

Most of Autoexpress is Photoshops. Can't be arsed to buy magazines now and a few years ago I'd spend a fortune every month

oh look a CitiGo XL....

From side on it could be just about any other small hatch. Maybe that's what they're after- same as brand x but cheaper....

  • 11 months later...

It is probably very close to this which surfaced months ago.

So Skoda when will it be launched?????

Or is it Polo 1st!

Marketing competition, I'm told by the dealers - who breaks cover first!!

Lol, marketing style arch gaps as usual. Very much doubt it will be as "squat" as they say.

I actually like it.  Reminds me a bit of the MK1.

Skoda first then polo to follow same as 1999/2000 when the fabia first came out

^^^^^^....& that is a scoop of......the existing VW Polo....??...or am I missing something ?

look at the number plate (close up)

The Face Lift Polos are going on sale right now.

The MK2 Fabia Replacement gets revealed later this year.

They can hardly release a new Polo before actually selling some FL ones.
