My mates turbo seized on his vrs yesterday, never heard of one seizing? He has been quoted 600 pound all in for a new one fitted. This sound about right? How much more would be pd 150 turbo be?

£600 for a new one fitted is cheap. Pd150 would be similar price.

Mine sized (first one). When yo take into account labour & consumables thats a bargain

my impellor disintegrated and then the fragments seized the whole thing solid.

I was quoted £300 just for fitting by Unit18

so if £600 includes a new PD130 it's a pretty good price

IN the end i did it myself with the hep of a tame family mechanic and spent £100 on consumables alone....
