Aux problem

Featured Replies

I have the new Galaxy S4, and Skoda Octavia 2011 1.4 TSI Ambient.

When I connect the phone to the Aux socket, it works fine but in very low volume.

I have to put the volume to 20 in order to hear it good.

There is any solution for that?

Does it a popular problem ?

The aux on the S4 is ****e, plugged mine into my hifi at home and it was quiet and didnt sound brilliant. Its probably a ROM problem introduced in the move to Android 4.2. I actually overall prefered the Note 2 I had before so have gone back to that now.

Its not only with Galaxy S4, I also try to connect iPhone 4S and I got the same problem.

I think the problem is in the car radio maybe...

Ah......you do know that there is an aux level setting on the HU dont you? Has three levels, yours may be on no. 1? I found no. 2 the best; 3 tended to be too high and cause signal distortion at higher vols.

It'll be in the Stereo handbook how to change it.
